Drawbacks of Glebe Living

The Glebe is one of the most expensive areas in which to purchase real estate, and with this high property value comes high property and municipal tax. While the older homes in the Glebe are highly desirable, they do require more maintenance. There is a possibility of asbestos problems in these homes, and unmaintained electrical work has led to electrical fires in the area.
